I am not in the Netherlands yet, is that a problem?
No, as long as someone gives us access to the property, usually the agent or the landlord. You handle the request and the booking by email, wherever in the world you happen to be that week.
How do I get a video if I have not seen the property?
Ask the agent or landlord to film a short walk-through, or use the recording from your virtual viewing. Photos from the listing help as a supplement, but they rarely show the kitchen and bathroom properly.
