Moving cleaning in Amersfoort
What a move-out clean costs depends above all on one thing: whether the property is empty. An empty hundred-square-metre home costs less than an occupied sixty, because working around belongings is the most expensive thing you can ask a cleaner to do.
What is included
- A fixed price based on area and condition
- A lower price for a completely empty property
- The handover list as the basis, if you have one
- Appliances and cupboard interiors named separately
- No reconciliation whichever way it turns out
How we do it
We price on area, on the number of bathrooms and on whether the property is empty. That last weighs heaviest: working around furniture costs time per room that adds nothing to the result.
What you get
Our people are insured and vetted and work to the price agreed in advance. If the property genuinely differs on site from the description we discuss it before starting rather than afterwards.
