Often it is, because the topper catches the most. If you see marks or smell something on the boxspring mattress itself, show it in your video and we include it in the quote.
Can my topper cover go in the washing machine?
Only if the label says so. Many topper covers shrink or lose their shape in the machine. If in doubt, we simply clean the cover while it is on the topper.
When can the topper go back on the bed?
When it feels dry on both sides and no longer cool to the touch. Cool means there is still moisture inside, and then it is better to hold off with the sheet a little longer.
