Mattress cleaning in Amsterdam

After mattress cleaning in Amsterdam the key question is often not how clean it is, but when you can sleep on it again. The answer depends on the core, the room and what you do in the meantime. A sheet on a mattress still holding moisture seals that moisture in for the whole night.

What is included

  • A morning appointment so the mattress has the day to dry
  • After extraction, an extra dry vacuum over the whole surface
  • The mattress stood upright or on its side for airflow
  • A simple touch test you can do yourself before making the bed
  • Advice on a spare bed or sofa in case it gets late

How we do it

We prefer to schedule mattress cleaning in the morning. Afterwards we stand the mattress so air reaches both sides, and ask you to open a window and leave the door ajar. You can feel whether it is dry enough with the back of your hand: a mattress that feels cool still has moisture in it.

What you get

Our insured and vetted professionals bring their own equipment and work with eco-friendly products that are safe for children and pets. The same person returns for your next mattress, and if something turns out not to be right within 48 hours, we make it good.

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know

When can I make my bed again?
When the top of the mattress no longer feels cool against the back of your hand. Cool means moisture is still evaporating, and a sheet or duvet on top holds that moisture in all night.
What speeds up drying the most?
Airflow. A window open and the door ajar do more than turning the heating up. With the mattress upright or on its side, air can reach it on both sides.
Why do you prefer to come in the morning?
Then the mattress has the whole day to dry before you go to bed. A late afternoon slot is possible too, but it is wise to have another bed or the sofa ready as a fallback.
