Armchair cleaning in Amersfoort

We count cleaning a loveseat in Amersfoort as armchair work, because it is a roomy chair for two rather than a small sofa. It usually has two seating spots, each with its own pattern of use, and we treat them separately instead of as one surface.

What is included

  • Both seating spots assessed and cleaned separately
  • Middle seam between the two seat cushions vacuumed
  • Back cushions treated front and back
  • Both armrests included down to the underside
  • Loose cushions stood upright afterwards to dry

How we do it

We first look at which spot gets used most, because it is almost never evenly shared. That is where we work longest. The less used spot gets a lighter treatment, and we feather the edges between the two so no dividing line shows in the fabric.

What you get

Our specialists are trained, insured and vetted and bring their own machines and eco-friendly products, safe for family and animals. Contact runs by email: your appointment is confirmed and you know beforehand who is coming.

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know

Is a loveseat a sofa or an armchair?
We treat it as a large armchair. It is narrower than a normal sofa and often has a different cushion layout, so we look at what each piece needs rather than applying a sofa rate.
Why is one seat darker than the other?
Because someone sits there more often. Skin oil, clothing and food keep landing on the same spot. We treat that side harder, so the difference between the two places ends up as small as possible.
Can the cushion covers go in the washing machine?
Not without reading the label first. Many covers shrink or fade in the machine, after which they no longer fit or look different from the rest. We clean them on the piece, so everything keeps the same shade.
