Armchair cleaning in Zeist

The 48-hour guarantee on armchair cleaning in Zeist works best when you know beforehand what it covers. A guarantee that promises everything is worth nothing. That is why we agree per chair what you can expect, and we stick to it.

What is included

  • Missed patches and rings that show once the fabric dries
  • Stains we said would come out that reappear
  • A second treatment at no extra cost if something is not right
  • Not covered: fading from sunlight, which sits in the fibre
  • Not covered: old stains we said up front would only lighten

How we do it

With your quote we note per stain or problem what we expect. A fresh coffee stain: gone. A stain that has been there for years: lighter. A faded armrest: stays as it is. Once dry, you compare the chair with those agreements, and anything that differs you report within 48 hours.

What you get

The specialist is trained, insured and vetted and walks round the chair with you at handover. He works with his own equipment and eco-friendly products. If you report something, you quickly hear when we will return, and preferably it is the same person.

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know

Which complaints fall outside the 48-hour window?
Fading from sunlight, wear of the fabric and stains we said beforehand would only get lighter. Damage arising after our clean, such as a new spill, is also outside it. Everything we agreed falls within it.
What if a stain comes back after a day?
That can happen when dirt still in the filling wicks up while drying. Report it within 48 hours with a video and we will come back and treat that spot again.
Do I need to be home at handover?
It is nice, because you then walk round the chair with the specialist. If that does not work, we send a message when he is done and you still have 48 hours to inspect the dry chair.
