Upholstery cleaning in Tilburg

Every upholstery cleaning job in Tilburg carries our 48-hour satisfaction guarantee. If in the two days after the treatment you notice something wrong, such as a ring that formed during drying or a spot we missed, we come back to put it right.

What is included

  • A satisfaction guarantee of 48 hours after completion
  • Missed spots treated again at no extra cost
  • Drying marks caused by our treatment put right
  • Clarity beforehand about what is and is not achievable
  • Reporting by email with a photo or video, no forms

How we do it

Because the guarantee only means something once things are dry, at the end we go over the pieces with you while they are still damp and tell you what to watch for. Old stains we named beforehand as not fully removable are not covered, and the quote says so too.

What you get

Our professionals are insured and vetted and work with eco-friendly products that are safe for family and pets. A return visit is preferably done by the same person, so they know exactly what happened the first time.

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know

Which problems does the 48-hour guarantee put right?
Anything to do with our treatment: a spot we missed, a drying mark, dirt that rose again while drying. We treat those again. Whatever was named as a limit beforehand, such as an old set-in stain, falls outside it.
How do I report a problem?
Email us within 48 hours of the treatment with a photo or short video of the spot. We look at it and plan a time to come back. You do not have to fill anything in or post anything.
Why are sun fading and old stains not covered?
Faded fabric is colour that has gone, not dirt, so cleaning does not bring it back. A stain that has sat in the fibre for years can get lighter without disappearing. We tell you that honestly beforehand, so the guarantee covers what we do promise.
