Is dry fogging not safe for electronics?
Less risky, not risk-free. Dry fog settles too, and in a connector or on a board a thin film is already enough for problems that surface weeks later.
Why product on the cloth?
Because a spray always aerosolises, however carefully you aim. Applying to the cloth means no droplet enters the air and nothing can run into a gap.
Do you clean inside equipment?
No, we open nothing. Dismantling voids the warranty and there is static-sensitive electronics inside. What we see we report, so somebody with the right training can pick it up.
