Out of the treated room, during the contact time. That is usually a quarter of an hour per room. If somebody walks through, the time starts again and it therefore takes longer.
Who usually pays for this?
At a change of residents the landlord, for interim maintenance often the residents together. We quote in the name of whoever asks and split it per room on request.
Are residents’ own rooms included?
Only at the resident’s own request and where the room is clear. In a shared property the value is in the communal rooms, because that is where all the hands meet.
