Is the mattress disinfected too?
No, a mattress is a textile and falls outside this treatment. A plastic mattress protector we do wipe down. For the mattress itself, upholstery cleaning is the right service, and you can have it included in the same quote.
Does the crockery need to come out of the cupboards?
If it is to be treated, yes please. Put it on the worktop or table and we clean it, rinse it and let it dry before putting it back. If it simply stays put, we do the cupboards around it and leave the crockery where it is.
Can lacquered furniture take the product?
Lacquered or oiled wood can mark if it gets too wet or meets the wrong product. So on wood we work with a lightly damp cloth and, if in doubt, test first on an inconspicuous spot such as the back of a leg.
