Is the balcony part of a deep clean?
Not as standard, because not every flat has one and not everybody wants it. Ask for it: where a balcony is used as an extra room it is often the space with the most to gain.
Can I have the outside of the balustrade done?
The inside yes; the outside is usually communal and goes through the owners association. Ask, because sometimes the board pays for it and you need do nothing.
What if the drain is blocked?
We jet it through if we can, and otherwise we stop. Water that cannot escape goes over the edge, and a complaint from downstairs is a more expensive outcome than a dirty balcony.
