Do you do the private rooms too?
Only where the resident asks and the room is clear. In a shared property we quote for the communal spaces as standard, because that is where the problem and the money are.
Does everyone have to clear their things?
Out of the shared kitchen, please, because we cannot treat anything left on the worktop. We do not tidy and we throw nothing away, so what stays gets worked around.
