Can you guarantee every stain will come out?
No, and anyone who promises that without seeing the chair is promising too much. What we do is tell you in advance, based on your video, which marks are difficult, with an honest expectation to go with it.
Does it matter what I have already tried myself?
Yes, a lot. Bleach, all-purpose cleaners and stain sprays may already have affected the colour or left a ring, and that changes what is still possible. Tell us, even if it did not work.
Why does a spot sometimes end up lighter than the rest of the chair?
Because it was treated too hard, with too strong a product or too much rubbing. Then the stain is gone, but so is the colour. We do not take that risk, which is why we would rather stop at a shadow than at a light patch.
