Is the mattress included as standard?
With us yes, because it is the item that matters most to the next occupant. Ask about it explicitly on other quotes; if it is not written in, it is usually not done in practice either.
Can the sofa be wet cleaned too?
That is a separate service with its own equipment and drying time. On a deep clean we vacuum the sofa thoroughly; if you want it properly cleaned, ask for it separately in the quote.
