Sofa cleaning in Amstelveen
In a furnished rental the question is not whether the sofa is clean but whether the next occupant can tell somebody else sat on it. That is about odour and the filling, not about a mark you can touch up with a cloth.
What is included
- Treatment of the filling and not only the fabric
- The seams and the space between the cushions
- Odour treatment where the last occupant smoked or had pets
- Drying so the sofa can go straight back into use
- A report with photos for the property file
How we do it
In a furnished property we treat the filling rather than only the top layer, because odour sits in the foam. Doing only the fabric looks good at handover and smells like before again within a week.
What you get
Our people are insured and vetted and provide photos per item. In a rental that is often as important as the result, because it goes into the handover to the next tenant.
