Pressure washing removes years of buildup in a fraction of the time, where the surface can take it. On old brick, soft pointing and roof tiles we deliberately drop to lower pressure or softwash.

Pressure washing in Amstelveen
Pressure washing uses more water than people estimate, and that water has to go somewhere. On a drive draining towards the garden that is no problem; on a terrace draining to the sewer or the neighbours it is the first question to answer.
What is included
- The direction of drainage established beforehand
- A temporary diversion where one is needed
- Gullies covered so no sand washes in
- Silt caught rather than flushed away
- The work area left clean afterwards
How we do it
We look first at where the water runs and cover the gullies before starting. Sand and silt washed into a gully set in the drain, and you notice at the first heavy shower after the treatment.
What you get
Our people are insured and vetted and do not flush silt into the neighbours’ garden. Where the fall runs that way we lay a temporary diversion, which costs ten minutes rather than a conversation afterwards.
