Does fake tan come out of fabric?
A fresh smear often largely does. Fake tan does colour the fibre itself, just as it colours your skin, and after a few days that reaction is mostly complete. A faint orange tint can then remain, and we tell you that honestly in advance.
Why does a make-up stain get bigger when I wet it?
Make-up is oil with colour. Water does not mix with oil, so the cloth only pushes the pigment further into the fabric. A dry cloth for blotting is better, and leave the rest to a treatment that dissolves the oil first.
Can zipped scatter cushions be done separately?
If their care label allows washing, you can often put the cover in the machine yourself. If it does not, or the cover is sewn to the insert, we take them along in the same visit. Show them in your video and we include them.
