Is the price lower if the rubble has already gone?
Yes, and the rubble should in any case be removed by the builder first. A room full of rubble cannot be estimated well or cleaned well. So only film once the bulky waste is gone.
Should I do some cleaning myself beforehand?
No, that achieves nothing and does not lower the price. Sweeping up dust only moves it. Leave the space as the builder left it, so we see the real work on the video. Afterwards some fine dust can still settle, and that is normal.
