The cleaner, at the end of every visit, with a fixed round past windows and doors. If you have doors or windows that close differently from what you would expect, tell us and it goes into the arrangements.
Can windows stay open for airing?
Only if you ask and the window has a position that is safe. By default, windows opened during the visit are closed again before the cleaner walks out of the door.
What if I come home and something is open?
Email us straight away. We ask the cleaner how the round went and adjust the locking-up route, so it does not happen again next time.
