Should the other residents be home or out?
It makes no difference to us. We prefer daytime, when most residents are at work or studying, but if someone is home we work quietly around them. Let us know whether the front door can be opened or we need a key or code.
Do you clean the whole shared kitchen too?
Only if you as landlord instruct it. By default we do the departed tenant’s share, such as their kitchen cupboard and fridge shelf. A full clean of the shared spaces is possible too, as a separate line in the quote.
Can you do several rooms on different dates?
Yes. Give us the move-out date and the new tenant’s date per room, and we schedule each room separately. If you manage more houses with rooms, you can send everything in one overview.
