Car upholstery cleaning in Almelo

Having sweat marks cleaned off your car seats in Almelo is work for the whole seat panel, not for that one spot. A salt tide mark forms where moisture has dried, and wetting only the edge simply pushes it a little further out.

What is included

  • The full panel dampened and extracted from seam to seam
  • Salt deposits loosened first with a mild product that dissolves them
  • Driver and passenger backrests, where the marks usually sit
  • Headrest and top of the backrest done at the same time
  • Even drying, so no fresh ring appears afterwards

How we do it

A seat is made of panels bounded by seams. We always treat a whole panel up to those seams, so the moisture reaches the same distance everywhere and no transition stays visible. The salt is dissolved first and removed by extraction, because dry brushing only spreads it.

What you get

A trained, insured and vetted specialist handles the salt marks, arriving with an extraction machine and eco-friendly products of their own. At the next appointment the same person returns, already knowing where your seats are sensitive. If you notice something wrong within 48 hours, we come back to put it right.

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know

Why does a sweat mark come back after cleaning it myself?
Because the salt has moved rather than gone. A wet cloth dissolves it and it dries again at the edge of the damp patch. That is why you often see a bigger ring afterwards than before.
Do old sweat marks disappear completely?
Often largely, but not always entirely. Marks that have sat for years can have shifted the colour of the fabric slightly, and that is no longer dirt. We tell you beforehand what you can expect.
How do I prevent new sweat marks?
After a warm drive, let the car air with the doors open for a moment so moisture does not dry into the seat. A breathable cover on the driver’s seat helps if you often get in wearing workwear or straight after sport.
