Not on the regular visit. We do the edges, strips and open spaces without moving products. Clearing a shelf completely and cleaning it is arranged together, when your team takes the items out, for example when the range is being re-laid.
Do you clean testers and samples too?
No. Testers and open packaging belong to the product, and what happens to them is your call. We do clean the small shelf or stand around them, so spilt drops do not stay put.
Can the same cleaner keep coming?
Yes, that is our starting point. In a shop with lots of small bays it genuinely helps when someone knows the layout. If your regular cleaner is ever away, we tell you by email who is coming instead.
