Upholstery cleaning in Purmerend

Upholstery cleaning for an office in Purmerend often means a whole row of desk chairs at once. We treat those chairs as a series: one trial chair first, then the rest in the same order, so every seat and backrest looks the same at the end.

What is included

  • A trial chair on which we show the method and result first
  • Fabric seat, backrest and armrests treated on every chair
  • Sweat lines and coffee marks on the front edge of the seat tackled
  • Chairs done in a fixed direction so nothing gets skipped
  • Treated chairs set aside to dry, away from the untreated ones

How we do it

We start with one chair, show it to you and then work down the row. Desk chairs get dirtiest at the front edge of the seat and where your back rests, so that is where we spend most time per chair. The plastic and metal parts stay outside the treatment.

What you get

An insured, vetted professional arrives with their own extraction equipment and eco-friendly products, and for a later round the same person preferably returns. They already know which chairs take the heaviest use, so nobody has to explain it again.

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know

How many desk chairs can you do in one visit?
That depends on the fabric and how dirty the seats are, so we do not quote a fixed number. Based on your video we plan the visit so every chair gets the same treatment and nothing is left half done.
Are the base and castors cleaned as well?
No, upholstery cleaning is about the fabric. Plastic armrests, the star base and the castors fall outside it. If you want those done too, say so in your request and we will see whether it fits as a separate clean.
Can colleagues keep working while you are busy?
A treated chair has to dry first, so nobody can sit on it straight away. Many businesses therefore have us come after hours or on a quiet day, or we work department by department so there are always chairs free.
