Upholstery cleaning in Haarlemmermeer

Upholstery cleaning in Haarlemmermeer for someone with a dust mite allergy is a question of order. Mites live where people lie and sit for long periods, so the piece you spend eight hours on every night comes before the sofa where you watch an hour of television.

What is included

  • The allergic sleeper’s mattress as the first piece
  • Headboard or upholstered bed frame if there is one
  • The sofa and the regular reading chair after that
  • Thorough vacuuming before each seat is wet cleaned
  • Products without strong fragrance, safe for children

How we do it

We vacuum every piece dry first with a powerful machine, so skin flakes and dust are not flushed into the filling during the wet work. Injection-extraction follows, starting in the bedroom. That way the mattress gets the most drying time before night.

What you get

People with allergies often struggle with strong smells too. Our vetted, insured professional works with eco-friendly products that leave as little scent as possible, and it is best to stay out of the room yourself while the vacuuming is under way.

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know

Which piece helps most with an allergy?
The mattress, because your face is close to it and you stay there longest. Then the piece you sit on every day. A chair that is hardly used can wait until the rest is done.
Will my allergy be gone afterwards?
We cannot promise that. Cleaning removes a large part of what has built up in the fabric, but mites return to any bed that is used. It is one part of dealing with it, not a cure.
How do I keep mites down between treatments?
A washable cover on the mattress, bedding washed at a high temperature and the bedroom well aired. With those habits the result of a treatment stays noticeable for clearly longer.
