Yes. We make an appointment per room and leave residents’ belongings in place. Shared spaces we do at a time when as few people as possible are home, so nobody has to walk across wet floors.
Do you do the bike store too?
If materials were stored there during the renovation, yes. We remove grit, dust and small packaging. Bulky waste and old materials should first be taken away by the builder, and residents’ bikes stay where they are.
What do I tell new tenants about the dust?
That some fine dust can still settle in the first days, because it lingers in the air for a while after a renovation. Opening a window and wiping the sill with a damp cloth is enough. Saying so in advance saves complaints.
