Armchair cleaning in Vlaardingen

Every armchair cleaning job in Vlaardingen comes with a 48-hour satisfaction guarantee. An armchair only really shows how it turned out once it is dry, so afterwards you get two days to tell us if anything is not as agreed.

What is included

  • An agreed result, set down in writing by email beforehand
  • Two days after the clean to report anything
  • A report with a video of the spot that is not right
  • A return visit to treat that spot again
  • Clarity up front on what cleaning cannot fix

How we do it

The guarantee starts with the quote. It sets out what we treat, which stains we expect to remove and which will probably only get lighter. That way you know what you can hold us to. If after drying you see a ring, a missed patch or a stain coming back, you report it within 48 hours.

What you get

You deal with an insured and vetted specialist whose work is checked by you, not by a form. He brings his own equipment and eco-friendly products, and after a report the same person preferably returns, because he knows what he did the first time.

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know

Why 48 hours rather than straight after the job?
Because wet fabric looks darker and stains can only reappear once it dries. A stain wicking up from the filling often shows only the next day. Two days gives you time to judge the chair when it is dry.
How do I report something under the guarantee?
Send an email with a short video of the spot, in daylight if possible. We then see straight away what it is about and plan a time to come back. Photos are fine too if filming is awkward.
Is an old stain that did not come out covered?
Not if we said beforehand that it would probably only get lighter. We never promise to remove a stain that has sat in the fibre for years or fading from sunlight. The guarantee covers what we agreed.
