Why 48 hours rather than straight after the job?
Because wet fabric looks darker and stains can only reappear once it dries. A stain wicking up from the filling often shows only the next day. Two days gives you time to judge the chair when it is dry.
How do I report something under the guarantee?
Send an email with a short video of the spot, in daylight if possible. We then see straight away what it is about and plan a time to come back. Photos are fine too if filming is awkward.
Is an old stain that did not come out covered?
Not if we said beforehand that it would probably only get lighter. We never promise to remove a stain that has sat in the fibre for years or fading from sunlight. The guarantee covers what we agreed.
