Empty the cupboards that are included, and clear surfaces of personal items. That is all. Moving furniture and shifting things aside is ours to do, it comes with the job.
Do you move my sofa and bed?
Where two of us can do it safely, yes, and we put it back in the same place. A heavy cupboard or a fixed divan we do not lift, because that risks your floor and our people.
What do you do with my belongings?
As little as possible. We move aside what is in the way and put it back. We do not tidy and we throw nothing away, even when something looks like rubbish.
