Why does linen get a ring after cleaning a stain?
Because the dirt and minerals in the water travel to the edge of the wet patch and dry there. The stain is gone but a ring remains around it. By treating the whole panel and extracting the moisture we prevent that.
Does linen upholstery shrink when cleaned?
On upholstery pulled tight over a seat it is not a usual problem with our low-moisture method. If your video or the label tells us the fabric is very sensitive, we say so beforehand and adjust the approach.
Do old stains come completely out of linen?
We do not promise that. Fresh stains often lift well, but coffee or red wine that has sat in a natural fibre for a long time can leave a shadow. You hear beforehand what is realistic, so nothing catches you off guard.
