Can I sit on an armchair that is still damp?
Better not. You push moisture and any dirt from the filling back to the surface, and clothing can transfer onto the wet fabric. If the seat feels dry on the surface, press with your hand: if coolness comes up, wait a little longer.
Why does an armchair sometimes smell musty if it dries too slowly?
